This resort class manufactured housing community needs a dynamic housing consultant to sell or lease homes in our one of a kind neighborhood. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Provides outstanding customer service with a passion to sell; understands the need to execute a proven sales process; has a drive to earn income from commissioned sales, and keeps aware of current competitors and market changes within the industry. Having 1-3 years of sales and/or residential leasing experience in the manufactured housing industry is a plus, but not required. Excellent organizational with attention to detail along with superior follow up skills. Great verbal and written communication skills are a must. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. We offer a competitive salary including an aggressive commission structure, excellent benefits including a 401K, and a comprehensive training program to the successful candidate.
